This organizaiton shall be known as THE NEW YORK ELECTRICAL SOCIETY.
The objects of this Society shall be: the advancement of electrical knowledge among its members, the establishment of a library, a reading-room and a laboratory, and the holding of periodical meetings, at which the reading of scientific papers and their discussion shall be the leading features.
SECTION 1. Any person desiring to aid in attaining the objects of this Society shall be eligible for membership.
SEC. 2. There shall be two classes of members - active and honorary.
